Medicare Updates

The PLTC Public Policy Committee follows Medicare Policy changes for Medicare Carriers under which the majority of PLTC Members practice. Updates to LCD's for the following carriers are updated and posted to the Medicare Carrier Update page (Available to PLTC Members only): Palmetto GBA, Noridian, Trailblazers, National Heritage, Empire, Highmark, First Coast, Wisconsin Physician Services.
