istory of PLTC

PLTC was founded in 1983 by a group of psychologists who were interested in long-term care. The first meeting was held in 1984 at GSA in San Antonio; Michael Duffy, Royda Crose and Michael Smith were some of the members at this first meeting.

Since that time, PLTC has grown in size and scope. The group now includes psychologists, affiliate members of other disciplines, and institutional members.
